Southeast Energy Alliance (SEEA):   is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that brings together businesses, utilities, governments, public utility commissions, energy service companies, manufacturers, retailers, energy and environmental organizations, low-income energy advocates, large energy consumers, and universities to promote energy-efficient policies and practices.  The Nexus Energy Center is a sub-grant awardee for the Southeast Energy Alliance. 


 

 


BizTech: BizTech's mission is to increase the number of successful technology-based companies originating in, developing in, and relocating to Huntsville-Madison County, Alabama. We help technology-based companies gain access to mentors, group experiences, training, shared space, professional assistance, and capital that will move them onto the fast track to success. We sponsor and administer programs to nurture new entrepreneurs in operating their companies (www.biztech.org).

 

 


ADECA: is committed to improving the economic standard of Alabama. They host many divisions and grant resources to encourage growth for budding businesses and local government. ADECA is currently partnering with the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee to create a clean biofuels corridor from Lake Michigan to the Gulf of Mexico which will result in 11 additional biofuel retail outlets along I-65 in Alabama (www.adeca.alabama.gov).

 

 

Huntsville Utilities:  is committed to helping the Nexus Energy Center identify individuals and companies interested in implementing energy efficiency ugrades in the homes or businesses.  Huntsville Utilities is a supporter of Nexus Energy Center and their energy efficiency projects.  (http://www.hsvutil.org/)
